Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This property is strictly not suitable for parties; any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property; if smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee per week. Online check-in is required, and the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20 per half hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is available for £20 per half hour.
