Our current housemate is moving out in the new year, so we are looking to fill his double room in our brand new apartment building, which we moved into at the start of July. The building is a five-minute walk from Middlewood Locks, offering a peaceful setting close to town. A co-op and a coffee shop face the apartment, and a concierge is on site. A new gym opens in the building early in the new year. We have the largest balcony and patio area in the building. Council tax is around £110 per month each, and electricity is £30 per month each. You would share a large bathroom with Baq, which includes a bath and shower. The official tenancy runs until June 26th, and we are open to short-term stays or extending if needed. The housemate leaving is flexible on move-out dates. Your housemates are both professionals: I am 29 and Baqir is 31, and we both work full time Monday to Friday, with Baqir working from home at times. We are clean, tidy, sociable, creative people who love food, the gym, walks and relaxing with TV, and we live considerately alongside each other.
