The second is a smaller but comfortable double with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and shelving unit. Bedding and TVs are not provided.

The house has plenty of natural light, sanded wooden floors and has recently been redecorated throughout. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus a separate utility room with washing machine and second toilet. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lodgers share their own fridge/freezer.

The very large, leafy garden has direct access onto the Loopline, ideal for walking, running or cycling. Walkden town centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, amenities and numerous buses nearby. Walkden train station is around a 6-minute walk away, with direct trains to Manchester Victoria taking approximately 20 minutes.
