Description
We are looking for a housemate to live with us in a lovely semi-detached house. We are tidy, quiet and friendly and barely at home. There is plenty of parking space and a huge garden. The neighbourhood is very safe and the shops are in walking distance, as are the bus stops. The house comprises of a large living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. There will be loads of privacy as our rooms are separated by a walking wardrobe. Bills are included. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Not for couples. For shorter term than 6 months, rent is £130 weekly with bills included.
