This newly refurbished two-story house is a gorgeous getaway. The first bedroom features a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top, both dressed with crisp white linen, and an en-suite modern shower room. The living room boasts a grey corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV, with a skylight window and spotlights creating a bright atmosphere. The beautiful and bright kitchen and dining area features high-shine cabinets and worktops, fully equipped for your stay. The second bedroom on the first floor offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a bathtub, and a separate en-suite shower room. Outside, an enclosed rear yard provides a private feel with a patio dining and seating area.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle, and free on-street parking is also available at the front of the property and nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog is welcome per reservation.
Check-in is via a secure key safe, with full details provided shortly before arrival. Guests are required to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, which covers up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Smoking is not allowed. Events are allowed. The property is suitable for children and infants.
The village of Seamer is located on the edge of Scarborough, just a 15-minute drive from the town center. The Mayfield pub, a short walk away, offers Sky Sports, a large beer garden, meals, and a soft play area for kids, and is dog-friendly. Seamer Fisheries and a large convenience store are also nearby. Scarborough itself is packed with seaside charm, offering numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes, arcades, and ice cream parlors. Popular beaches include South Bay, North Bay (Blue Flag accredited), Cayton Bay, and the remote Cornelian Bay. Indoor attractions in Scarborough include the Sea Life Sanctuary and Scarborough Castle.
