This house share offers a room in a quiet home, available from August 30th, 2026. You will be living with a 46-year-old female non-smoker and a dog. I am looking for a tidy, quiet housemate between 25 and 65 years old, preferably female. Small, friendly dogs are welcome, and help with occasional dog walking would be appreciated. The occupation of the housemate is open to all, and references are required. The deposit is £400, and bills are not included. There is no minimum or maximum term, and short lets are considered.
