This is a large en-suite attic room available for flexible Monday to Friday lets. You only pay for the weeks you stay, with options for 4 nights (£100/wk) or 5 nights (£120/wk). Drinks, breakfast, and toiletries are included. The host is warm and helpful, making it perfect for those who commute to Sheffield. Free on-street parking is available. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and garden are shared with the host. The room features an en-suite bathroom and a kettle with tea and coffee. It includes 1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed. Guests are welcome to leave bags in another room and use the fridge/kitchen cupboard. There's an option to rent the room at weekends and have friends or family stay, as the house is child-friendly.

What's included: All bills, tax, and fast fibre internet, cleaning and bedding change, toiletries, luxurious bedding and towels, a wide choice of drinks and cereals for self-serve breakfast, and a fully-equipped shared kitchen with a washer-dryer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, water filter, blender, and basic pantry items. You will have your own fridge-freezer and kitchen cupboard. Fresh herbs are available in the garden. The host also provides a tyre pump, bike lube, and secure bicycle storage in the shed.

Points to note: The room is not suitable for home working as there is no desk, and not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to steep stairs and low beds. There is no TV, but a projector can be used in the living room with a compatible laptop.

The host enjoys hiking, documentaries, podcasts, electronic music, dancing, personal growth, and embodiment. They work in music education and kids yoga and are interested in making positive changes in the world.

Payment: A deposit is required to confirm the booking, which is lost if cancelled. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or house rule violations will be deducted from the deposit. Normal wear and tear is covered by the rent. The deposit will be returned at the end of your last stay. A short-term rental contract and signed receipts for all payments will be provided.
