Room to rent Spooner Road, Sheffield

Description

A very nice, light and bright room in a great house in a fantastic location. We are looking for two friendly, twenty-something young professionals (or postgrads) to join two others to make up a friendly, fun, sociable house share for four.

The house is on a quiet road in the heart of the Broomhill conservation area, a safe and vibrant part of Sheffield. The high street is just two minutes' walk away, with shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The city centre is walkable and also on a main bus route, and the central hospitals and university are within easy walking distance.

The house has a good-sized lounge, nicely furnished with a dining area, a modern well-equipped kitchen and a recently refitted bathroom with a full-size bath and a great shower. Unusually for the area, there is a pleasant, sunny rear garden and a secure cycle store. Easy on-street parking is available with a permit.

The room that is free now overlooks the garden. It is a smaller room, but cleverly designed to make great use of the space, with a very large fitted wardrobe, wall units and a feature dressing table/desk. A second room will be available very soon; it is large, spacious, nicely decorated and well furnished, including a large built-in wardrobe.

The two existing housemates are pleasant, friendly twenty-something female professionals with a wide range of interests. They are looking forward to two friendly housemates who want to live sociably in a clean, nicely presented house.

Please message or call if you are interested in viewing, meeting the other housemates or would like more information.
