The current resident is an academic at the university and welcomes a lodger for either Monday to Friday or 7 days a week, with adjustable rent. There are great pubs and cafes nearby, and it is a quiet neighbourhood. The current resident is friendly but also happy to give you as much space as you need. As they live alone, they would prefer to discuss whether others may stay overnight in advance. It will be great to meet you and show you the room.
