Room to rent Fulmer Road, Sheffield

Description

We are looking for a friendly, clean young professional to replace our current housemate, who needs to move out urgently due to unforeseen family circumstances. We are a chilled household that enjoys a natter in the kitchen.

The house has a separate living room and kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and air fryer, and we share plenty of cutlery and kitchenware. The garden is a lovely addition, with lots of birds and a great spot for drying clothes, and there is a fine view of the city in the evenings. The living room is cosy and has a TV and two sofas. You will share the bathroom with Jess, which has a combined shower and bath and a large cupboard for storage. There is also a basement and a chest in the hallway for extra storage.

The room is on the first floor, facing the garden with a view of the city. It includes a double bed with drawers beneath, a bookcase, a wardrobe and a small cupboard under the mirror.

Bills (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity and water) are split equally through Splitwise, approximately £140 a month. You will be sharing the house with Ciara, a teaching assistant, and Jess, who works at an architects practice and begins a Masters in Architecture in September. The house is five minutes' walk from the pubs and shops on Ecclesall and Sharrow Vale Road, with good bus links to town and the Peak District. The neighbours are mostly families and young professionals, so it is quiet at night. Friendly local cats often come to say hello.
