A double room is available in a house share. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, built-in cupboard, and a small set of drawers. The current housemate is a 42-year-old female professional who is a non-smoker and has no pets. She enjoys music, cooking, reading, films, walking, theatre, hiking, dancing, swimming, pubs, gigs, festivals, comedy, and clubbing. The ideal lodger is a non-smoker, vegetarian/vegan, aged between 30 and 55, and does not work from home more than one or two days a week. Couples are not accepted, but pets are welcome. References are required. The room is available from 1st November 2026 with a minimum term of 3 months. A deposit of £500.00 is required, and bills are included.
