Description
We are offering a room in our six-bedroom house, starting around September 26 for a 12 to 18-month term. You will have the entire attic floor, featuring two large furnished double bedrooms, a landing, and a private bathroom. One bedroom can serve as a sitting room or office. Shared spaces include a large kitchen, dining area, and lounge, plus a second sitting room in the basement. We have a dog, Albie, and an elderly cat. We are looking for someone to help care for Albie, including company and walks when we are away. In return, the rent is reduced to £350 per month, with bills included. We are seeking a professional aged 25-60, non-smoker, who is comfortable with pets. References are required.
