For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Guests are required to complete a verification process facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog) upon booking confirmation. This process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages during their stay. Check-in information will be provided upon successful completion of the verification process. Pets are not allowed.
