The first floor houses two spacious bedrooms with super-king beds and two compact bedrooms with single beds, along with an elegant bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and enclosed shower cubicle. The second floor boasts a spacious fifth bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite shower room.
Free parking is available on the driveway, comfortably accommodating one car, with space for a second small car if parked diagonally.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or out of windows, nor is the smoking of illegal substances. Guests are expected to be mindful of noise levels, as this is a semi-detached property in a residential neighborhood. Guests are also expected to treat the property with care, keep it tidy, and be responsible for correct waste recycling and disposal. Check-in information will be provided after a verification process, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
Pets are not allowed.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
