A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find the cosy double bedroom with an en-suite WC and ample clothes storage, offering peaceful garden and woodland views.
Parking is included with a permit for the local car park, a two-minute walk away, and there is space outside the cottage to load and unload. A charcoal BBQ is available on the garden patio, perfect for al fresco dining.
Pets are allowed with a maximum of one pet. Smoking and events are not allowed. This property is suitable for children and infants. Explore the coast path in both directions or take inland footpaths for woodland walks. Solva Village, with its long main street of pubs, cafes, and shops, is easily accessible. The Solva Woollen Mill is a short distance away, and the city of St Davids, with its cathedral and shops, is a 12-minute drive. The harbour village of Porthgain is also a must-visit.
