Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form and upload a valid ID at least 24 hours prior to check-in. For stays of 10 nights or longer, interim housekeeping or a linen change is essential. Guests are prohibited from washing the provided linens or towels in a domestic washing machine, as fees will apply for unauthorized washing or heavily soiled items. Additional charges may apply if the property is found in an unacceptable condition upon checkout. A penalty fee will be charged if the property is found unsecured during the stay or at check-out. A fee will also apply if keys are misplaced or not returned to the lockbox at check-out.
A security deposit is required for your stay. A £350 hold will be placed on your card 2 days before your check-out date. This is a standard security deposit to cover any potential damages, stains, repairs, or replacements needed after the stay. The hold will be released after check-out, provided no issues are found.
