The cottage features a modern kitchen with a toaster, kettle, oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The cozy lounge offers a smart TV and an electric fire, while a separate dining room provides seating for four. The large bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower and a separate bath. Hotel-quality linen and bathroom consumables are provided.

Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organized on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days.

The property is set-up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down. No shoes inside, and candles are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of energy usage by switching off lights and turning down heating when leaving the property. Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. Pets are not accepted at this property. This property is not suitable for children.
The property is professionally cleaned, and linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Refillable bathroom toiletries are provided to reduce waste. A washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are also provided.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
