Description
Set within the grounds of the former Mendip hospital in the village of South Horrington, this characterful three-bedroom house is available from mid December 2026. The kitchen and dining room has a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and space for a table and chairs. The double-aspect sitting room has an electric fire, and a utility area with washing machine and a downstairs WC complete the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms, one with a built-in wardrobe, a downstairs single bedroom or study and an attic room. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower. Outside, a part-walled courtyard garden has outside dining furniture, and the property offers parking for two cars, countryside views and walks on your doorstep. Wells Golf Club and Cricket Club are close by, and the city of Wells is only 1.5 miles away with good access to Bath and Bristol.
