Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests will be given a lock code which is unique to them, providing access to the front door and the room door. Children of all ages are welcome at this property, but travel cots or highchairs are unable to be supplied.
Just a few minutes walk from St Ives town and beaches, it is the perfect central base. In a quiet residential area, it is a mere 15-minute stroll down the hill to the St Ives wharf, boasting beautiful shops and independent cafes and restaurants.
