The property has two well-designed bathrooms, including a main bathroom in the hallway and an en-suite bathroom, with essentials provided.
Free high-speed WiFi is available, ideal for work or streaming. Street parking is available on the main road and side streets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties, events, and gatherings that may cause a disturbance are not permitted. Anti-social behaviour, excessive noise, or any activity that causes a disturbance to neighbouring properties is not permitted, particularly during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked whenever leaving the property. Please do not move, rearrange, or relocate furniture within the property. Guests must dispose of household waste and recycling in the correct bins provided. Please do not put food, cooking waste, or food scraps down the kitchen sink or any other drain.
