This is Park Hill Pod, originally used as a glamping pod. It is fully furnished, though the furniture can be changed to suit a more permanent living situation. You have your own parking space and entrance. Heating is electric, with a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a wall-mounted heater in the main area. The Pod has always been used year-round as it is well insulated and heats up very quickly given its size and shape. Price is all bills included.
