Free on-street parking is available outside the property, subject to availability, and pets are welcome at the property.
The 4-seater dining table is suitable for remote work, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ideal for streaming, browsing, and remote work.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties, events, and gatherings that may cause a disturbance are not permitted. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Anti-social behavior, excessive noise, or any activity that causes a disturbance to neighboring properties is not permitted. Guests must ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving the property. Property access information, keys, or lockbox codes should not be shared with anyone not included in the booking. Guests must dispose of household waste and recycling in the correct bins provided. Please do not put food, cooking waste, or food scraps down the kitchen sink or any other drain, and only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. The property has a strict maximum occupancy as stated on your booking, and only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at or visit the property unless prior written approval has been obtained. Any breach may result in cancellation of the booking, removal from the property, and additional charges where applicable. Check-in is via a self check-in system, with access codes provided on the morning of arrival. The Stay With Us team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UK time) for assistance.
