The open-plan dining lounge area boasts a large table for mealtimes and ample seating, complete with an electric fire and a widescreen TV, offering delightful views of Swanage through a large bay window. The second floor houses a laundry room with a washing machine, a king-size bedroom with a modern en-suite shower room and sea views, and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds sleeping four and an en-suite bath. The top floor features a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and breathtaking views of Swanage town, the beach, and surrounding hills, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, enjoy the front property seating with a large table and chairs with cushions.
Pets are allowed with a maximum of 1 pet. Parking information is not available.
Standard check-in is after 4pm and checkout is before 10am. No smoking (vapes included) inside the property. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No parties or loud events are to be held on site. Please keep any outside noise to a minimum at night. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please wash dishes & cutlery regularly, using the dishwasher. Please keep your rubbish tidy using the bins allocated in the kitchen and bathroom. Please use the toilet bins provided for any sanitary items. Please do not rearrange the furniture (minor adjustments to tables/chairs is fine). Please read the operating manuals of the appliances you’re using. Please keep shoes off in upstairs areas. Only registered occupants are allowed to stay at the property.

To the south of Swanage is Durlston Country Park, a nature reserve renowned as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and World Heritage Coastline, including famous beaches and the South West Coastal Path walking trail.
