As this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is not suitable for noisy entertainment or parties after 11 pm.
Wander down the estate’s private path to the communal clifftop garden, taking in the breath-taking views across the South Devon coastline, or make your way down to Smuggler’s Lane and Holcombe beach itself, a 5-minute walk from The Willows’ front door. The house is also very close to the South West Coastal path, making it an ideal base for walking holidays and family seaside adventures. You can walk to Teignmouth and Dawlish in forty minutes and return by regular bus route. The village of Holcombe has the Crown Inn, Smugglers Inn, and the Salty Dog Kiosk café near the beach. The Willows is a 5-minute drive from Teignmouth and Dawlish, with their beaches, water sports, local shops, supermarkets, cafes, museum, and theatres. Shaldon, with its zoo, cafes, botanical gardens and Ness Cove, is less than a 15-minute drive away. The culture and history of Exeter, attractions of Torbay, arts and crafts of Totnes, and Dartmoor are all 30-40 minutes away by car, with excellent bus and train connections close to the house.
