The spacious full bathroom includes a large free-standing bathtub and a huge stand-in shower with a luxurious rainfall shower head.
A cot is available upon request, but you must bring your own bedding. One well-behaved dog is allowed. Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Guests agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
This property is ideal for a comfortable long-term stay, offering a relaxing beachside retreat.
Access to the property is via self-check-in using a code to the lockbox to access the keys. The access code and instructions will be provided before arrival. This flat is in a quiet residential block and therefore not suitable for noisy groups, parties, or events. No excessive noise is permitted after 9 pm. Failure to comply with the no-smoking policy inside the property will incur a £300 penalty. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. Mail cannot be received at the property address. Security cameras are present throughout the property, monitored by the management company for security reasons only.
Located just above Walpole Bay, this flat offers stunning coastal views from every room. Walpole Bay is famous for its sandy beach and tidal pool, perfect for year-round fun. The property is a 2-minute walk to the beach and tidal pool, and a 5-minute walk to Northdown Road with its unique small businesses. It's also conveniently positioned for exploring the Viking Coastal Trail, and close to local attractions like art galleries, cafes, the Tom Thumb Theatre, the Albion Rooms, and the Oval Bandstand. Tescos is at the end of the road for easy shopping.
