Description
Set in secluded grounds and reached by a private driveway surrounded by mature trees, this characterful cottage was originally the staff annex to the main lodge. It has been updated throughout and converted into a cosy home, tucked away yet within easy reach of Westwood Cross and the surrounding towns.
The entrance hall leads to a lounge with French doors opening onto the private enclosed garden, a shaker-style kitchen with cooker, a dining area and a utility room, plus a downstairs cloakroom. A modern bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms; the second includes built-in storage and access to a further double bedroom, ideal as a spacious study or large walk-in dressing room.
Parking is available for several cars.
