This home includes a garden with outdoor seating and a gated drive offering private off-street parking. Beach equipment, including crab nets, is available in the shed. For your convenience, hotel-quality linens, fresh towels, and toiletries are provided.
A strict no-party policy is observed; gatherings, parties, or social events are prohibited. Should such events occur, guests may be liable for damages and subject to eviction. Maintaining a positive relationship with the community is important. Accidents happen, so please report any breakages as soon as possible. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Check-in information will be provided upon successful verification. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
