I'm sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Pomona Wharf, so we're looking for someone to take over my room from around mid November. I've absolutely loved living here, especially with Lauren and Nadine, who are two of the loveliest and easiest people to live with. The flat is a bargain for what you get, especially considering the location.

The room is a cosy, fully furnished double bedroom with a bed and mattress, furniture and a built-in storage unit. The spacious living room has views over the river and a balcony. Nadine has her own bathroom, and you'll share two separate bathroom spaces with Lauren: one with a shower, toilet and sink, and one with a toilet and sink.

You'll be living with Lauren and Nadine, who are friendly, sociable, clean, tidy and respectful, and love both spending time together and having their own space. The location is convenient: a 5 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop, about 15 minutes' walk to Deansgate, and a 5 minute walk to The Wharf pub.

Rent is £587.50 per month, with bills around £150 to £180 per month, so around £740 to £770 a month all in. The deposit is around £700. Ideally someone moves in around mid November, though the exact date is still to be confirmed. Feel free to message me and come round to view the flat and meet everyone.
