A very comfortable double room is available in a well-presented owner-occupied 4-bedroom house, located in a quiet mews road with a pleasant patio/garden space. The room features a double bed with a comfortable mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, separate drawers, a full-length mirror, and a 32-inch Samsung smart TV/Chromecast. Bedding and towels can be provided. Shared access to a fully equipped kitchen with dedicated guest cupboards, fridge, and freezer, along with full use of kitchen appliances, equipment, crockery, and tableware. A large family bathroom with a bath and shower is shared between two guests. A shared living room is available out of office hours, with office desk space and access to a laser printer if required (reasonable use). A professional cleaner is employed to clean the bathroom and shared areas. All bills, including Wi-Fi, are included. Washing detergent/softener, and toilet rolls are supplied and included in the weekly rent. Strictly non-smokers only.
