This modern and bright lodge features high-quality furnishings. The spacious interior includes a large modern kitchen equipped with a gas hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, and a double-width fridge freezer, complete with a breakfast bar. Adjacent is a dining area perfect for mealtimes and games. The sitting room offers a cozy feel with comfortable sofas and a gas fire, leading to a separate TV room with garden access. A bright conservatory with a sofa and games table provides an ideal chill-out spot. There are three tranquil bedrooms: the first with a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite with a spa bath and walk-in shower; the second with a double bed; and the third with twin beds. A separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC is also available.
Enjoy the large enclosed garden with a lawn, a patio area with dining furniture, and your very own hot tub. Plenty of off-road parking is available. Guests can also visit the nearby Hotel for afternoon tea, drinks at the bar, or a meal at the restaurant.

No smoking or vaping is permitted in the property. No parties are permitted at the property. Guests are asked not to eat on the sofas or in bedrooms, to keep all food products and eating within the dining area and kitchen. Please do not allow anyone to sit on the indoor furniture wearing wet towels or clothing, and do not wear outdoor footwear inside the property. Breakages and damages should be reported immediately. If furniture is moved, please return it to its original position at the end of your stay. Spare bed linen in the airing cupboard and cleaning boxes should not be touched or used; contact us if you need any extras. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but no dogs under the Dangerous Dog Act of 1991 are permitted.
