Description
A large, furnished double room with its own bathroom is available in a 4-bedroom new build house. The room includes a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and a large storage cupboard. The bathroom features a waterfall shower over a bath. The house has 2 sitting rooms and a kitchen with all new appliances. All bills are included. This is a house share, and the current housemates are 2 professionals aged 35-36. They are non-smokers and have no pets. The ideal lodger should be a pet lover, as the hosts have 2 small dogs (cockapoos) and an elderly cat that will need occasional care. The minimum term is 2 months, and the maximum term is 4 months. A deposit of £850.00 is required.
This room is offered to a lodger who will look after the hosts' elderly cat while they are away for 5 weeks in October. The lodger will need to feed and check on the cat a few times per day. The hosts have family and friends nearby, but would ideally like someone to stay in the house. The dogs will stay with family while the hosts are away. A cleaner comes every other week. A comprehensive lodger contract will be in place.
