TASK 2 — REWRITE AND TRANSLATE

Rewrite the text with a maximum of 800 characters.

Keep the following rules in mind:

• If the given text is a list of characteristics of the property, you should rewrite it into a smooth story
• You may in no case make up new characteristics to make the property more sellable. Your text should only contain the original characteristics
