This property is located in a particularly quiet residential area, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum during this time, both inside and outside the property, to respect the neighbors. Smoking is not permitted indoors; please dispose of cigarettes responsibly outside. Failure to comply with the no-smoking policy incurs a £300 penalty. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and may be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made. No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 9 pm. Please use LED candles only. Guests agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay. Two outdoor cameras are installed at the front and back, monitoring the street and garden for security. For pet-friendly stays, two dogs (no larger than a Labrador) are maximum; they must be house-trained, not allowed on beds or furniture, never left alone in the house, and any mess must be cleared by guests or incur an additional cleaning fee.
