A stunning double room is available to let within our pristine executive family home, situated just off the A14 between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedding can be provided, a large fitted walk-in wardrobe, drawers, a desk and chair, and a relaxing chair. A microwave, kettle and toaster are included. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The property has CCTV and an alarm. We are a very happy household where cleanliness, respect and honesty are vital, and we treat you like family. We have a wonderful dog, so applicants must be animal lovers. Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not permitted in the home. References and a deposit are required. Working class or professional people are preferred. The house is in the sought-after village of Barrow, with three convenient stores, a fabulous takeaway, two pubs serving excellent food, a 24-hour gym, a post office, a cafe, a gun shop with clothing for shooting and riding, a village hall, a garage, a GP surgery and a pharmacy, and several duck ponds. Regular buses run to Bury St Edmunds and it is only a few miles from a mainline station. A long-term let is preferred. It is your responsibility to keep your room clean and tidy.
