This house share is available from September 1st, 2026, for a maximum of 6 months. The home is currently occupied by two female professionals (aged 27). We are an LGBT household looking for a tidy, respectful housemate. We prefer a vegetarian/vegan. Smoking is allowed, but no pets or couples. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, and breakfast bar. There is a laundry room, an extra toilet, and two gardens currently being renovated. The living and dining rooms are also undergoing renovation, so access is limited. You will share a bathroom with one other person, featuring a walk-in shower and separate bath. We are a shoes-off house. Bills are included, and the deposit is £50.
