The keys to the house are accessed via a key safe box. Pets are allowed (maximum 1). Smoking and events are not allowed. This property is suitable for children and infants.
Clarence Place sits on the West side of town, offering easy access to fun arcades and numerous fish restaurants. A short walk leads to the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach. Crossing the swing bridge over the River Esk brings you to the East bank, where you can explore narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs, and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary or discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s 'Dracula'. Whitby is part of the North York Moors National Park, perfect for woodland and moorland walks.
