The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for self-catering stays, with a light grey shaker-style kitchen and a rustic wooden dining set. One en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a walk-in shower is located on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, both with king-size beds and plush bedding, offering unrivalled views of the town. The family bathroom features a freestanding bathtub with an overhead shower, a vanity basin, and a WC.
Guests have access to the full property, with keys accessed via a secure key safe. Private parking is available for up to two vehicles at the house.
This is a non-smoking and no-events property. Pets are allowed with a maximum of one pet. The host is always available for guests. Guests are required to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Located on the East Cliff near the historic Whitby Abbey, Caedmon House is steeped in history, originally a monastic building. The East side of town offers narrow, medieval streets with boutiques, pubs, and fish restaurants. Crossing the swing bridge over the River Esk leads to the West side, with more pubs, restaurants, and arcades on Pier Road. Continue to the blue flag West Cliff Beach, lined with beach huts.
