Coach House Retreat features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering, with cookware and modern appliances provided. The dining area includes a wooden table and four chairs. The living area offers a cozy space with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, along with a DAB radio. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, is a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a homely color scheme and stylish furnishings. An additional day bed and pull-out bed are located on the ground floor in the entrance hall, accommodating an additional guest and bringing the maximum occupancy to four. This room has access to a separate WC. The family bathroom on the first floor includes a bath with an overhead shower, WC, and basin.
Private parking is available to guests staying at Coach House Retreat, located by driving under the property, with a height restriction. Pets are allowed with a maximum of one pet.
This property is located in a residential area, so children may be out playing around the property during your stay. Pets are allowed (maximum 1), smoking is not allowed, and events are not allowed. Host & Stay requires all guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guests have access to the full property via a secure key safe. The day bed will be made up for arrival, and guests can request the additional pull-out bed to be made up for an additional guest.
Nestled on the west side of Whitby, this property is within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. Discover cozy pubs, fun arcades, and numerous fish restaurants on the west side. A short walk over the swing bridge leads to the east side, with narrow medieval streets, boutiques, pubs, and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary or explore the ruined Whitby Abbey, inspiration for Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'. Outside Whitby, you'll find a haven of woodland and moorland within the North York Moors National Park, perfect for long walks. An entry point onto the Cinder Track provides walking and cycling access to Robin Hoods Bay, Ravenscar, and Scarborough, and is also a shortcut to Whitby beach and West Cliff.
