Please note that there are steep spiral stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom. The property is opposite a railway line, and while double glazing is installed, passing trains can be gently heard. This property is strictly not suitable for parties, and breaching this rule will result in immediate removal without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and a charge of £500 will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. For stays longer than 14 nights, a clean must be booked every 14 nights thereafter at the guest's cost. The travel cot does not come with linen. Pets must be kept off all soft furnishings and beds and are strictly limited to the downstairs area. Guests are liable for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours after 9pm.
