Free on-street parking is available, with no reservations required and a travel cot or high chair available for hire for a fee of £50.00 upon request.
The living room is set up with a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out or catching up on the events of the day. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.

It's a 5-minute walk to Whitstable Harbour, a 2-minute stroll to Whitstable High Street’s cafés and shops, and close to Tankerton Slopes, ‘The Street’ sandbar, and the famous Wheelers Oyster Bar. Whitstable Station, with direct trains to London, is a 10-minute walk away.
