This is a residential area with a strict no-party policy. Please be mindful of the stairs, as no safety gates are installed, which may be a consideration for toddlers. The property provides two dishwasher tablets, two washing machine tablets, washing up liquid, antibacterial spray, kitchen roll, toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, and two black and two white bin liners. All bed linen, bath and hand towels, and toiletries are provided. Guests are required to complete a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
