The fully equipped kitchen and dining room feature new appliances for a pleasurable home cooking experience. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in the private garden with provided furniture.
A travel cot and high chair are available for guest use. Guests are welcome to use the washer-dryer machine, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, drying rack, and hoover.

This property is for family stays and respectful guests only; no parties, events, or loud noise are permitted. Smoking and candles are strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down. No shoes inside the property. Please ensure all appliances are switched off when not in use and be mindful of energy usage by switching off lights and turning down heating when leaving the property. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Professional garden and waste management may occur during guest stays, with access to the grounds and rubbish area, but not the house. The garden shed is locked and off-limits to guests. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. This is a non-smoking property. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided complimentary for stays longer than 16 nights. Refillable bathroom toiletries are provided to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. A washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are also provided.
Located only a short walk from Windsor's iconic landmarks and attractions, including Windsor Castle and the Long Walk. Frequent trains from Windsor & Eton Central connect within 6 minutes to Slough railway station, providing access to the Elizabeth Line directly into Central London. Legoland and Lapland UK are also a short drive away, and the property offers excellent transport links to London, Heathrow, and surrounding areas.
