Room to rent Halcyon Close, Witham

Description

A comfortable double room is available in a two-bedroom flat in Witham. The flat is a clean, cosy and well-maintained home, and a respectful, tidy and considerate female lodger is sought for a peaceful and friendly environment. The room is fully furnished and includes shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. All bills are included in the rent of £650 per month. The location is convenient in Witham. Ideally, a full-time working professional who is reliable, clean, respectful of shared spaces and considerate of other people’s privacy is sought. This is a home for someone looking for a comfortable place to live, rather than a party environment. House rules include single occupancy only, no overnight guests, and no smoking or vaping. References from a previous landlord and employer, along with proof of employment and recent payslips, will be required. An initial three-month trial arrangement is preferred, with the possibility of a longer-term agreement.
