The living room is set up with a Smart TV and two large sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed (linen provided). The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a cozy double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
Paid parking is available on the seafront, with free evening parking from 6 pm to 9 pm, as well as free residential street parking a short walk away. A travel cot or high chair can be provided upon request for a fee of £50.00.
The living room setup includes a Smart TV and two large sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks, or catching up on the events of the day. One of the sofas converts to a sofa bed.
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Returning keys to the key safe incurs a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, with instructions sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on arrival day. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Conveniently located on a peaceful residential street, this apartment is just a two-minute stroll from Worthing Beach and a short walk from Worthing Pier along the promenade. You are moments away from cafés, shops, and the lively seaside atmosphere. Brighton Pier and Beach are 11.18 miles away. The apartment is also close to Worthing Lido, Highdown Gardens, Arundel Castle, and The South Downs National Park.
