A fully equipped modern kitchenette/beach room with a breakfast bar and a comfy sofa leads to large sliding doors opening to the rear garden, which includes a HOT TUB, dining area, and BBQ.

The first floor boasts a large living area with a fully fitted kitchen/diner offering 180-degree sea views and comfortable sofas. Bedroom two has an en-suite shower room, a dressing room, and a king-size bed.

The top floor features the main bedroom with a Velux balconette that forms into a balcony, offering views of the sea along to Worthing Pier and as far as the i360 in Brighton. The property also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating.

Bills are included but with a cap rate for energy bills. The property will be cleaned every two weeks, but linen is not included.

Please note this property is situated on the main Seafront Road, so there will be noise from cars when outside, but you are rewarded with direct sea views and Worthing Beach just across the road. A walk along the prom to Worthing provides access to shops, the pier, town centre shops, Splashpoint leisure centre, and many pubs and restaurants. Denton Gardens in Worthing offers crazy golf, a splash pad, a children's play area, and beach volleyball courts. The Coast cafe has seating on the beach and near the children's play area. For those interested in paddleboarding or kite surfing, there are businesses nearby. The 700 Coastliner bus route is right on your doorstep, connecting you to Brighton or Littlehampton.

Getting Around:
BIKES- Worthing has its own bike rental system with pick-up and drop-off areas along the beach and near the station. For keen cyclists, there is a long, designated cycle path that runs to Brighton.
TRAINS - The nearest stations are in Worthing or Lancing. Trains run along the coast towards Portsmouth, Southampton, Littlehampton, Chichester, Hove, and Brighton. Direct trains to London Victoria (via East Croydon) mostly run twice an hour.

Check-in time is 3 PM - 10 PM. We operate a self check-in system via a key lock box. Please replace the keys in the lock box at the end of the stay. Any lost keys, or keys not returned to the correct location, will incur a charge. Unless agreed in advance, a late check-out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £100 for smoking indoors, and any signs of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees. Please remove shoes when in the property and, as per the listing, no parties or excessive noise at any time. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11 PM outside. Check-in instructions: Lock box code will be sent via email and text on the day of arrival.
