The current household consists of one professional housemate aged 40, who enjoys cooking, reading, swimming, and holidays. There are a total of 3 rooms, and smoking and pets are not allowed. The new housemate must be a non-smoker, aged between 30 and 65, and references such as a driving license, passport, or utility bill are required. The house is available for sharing Monday to Friday, with room lets considered for shorter terms. Rent includes bills and a council tax band C payment is necessary. A deposit of £100 is also required.
