Pets are welcome for a fee of £100 per pet per stay. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property is strictly non-smoking, with a £1000 fine for indoor smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Stays over 7 nights include housekeeping for £95 per week. Early check-in and late check-out (after 10 AM) are £10 per half hour. Guests must complete an online check-in form, agree to the terms and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
