The living room boasts a vibrant, bohemian style with a large L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed, two comfy armchairs, and a smart TV with Chromecast. The well-equipped kitchen diner includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, hanging unit, chest of drawers, and an armchair. The modern shower room offers an extra-large shower and underfloor heating.

A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, for an additional cost of £20. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided upon arrival.

The living room's smart TV is internet-connected and can be used for streaming services via a connected Chromecast device from a mobile phone or laptop.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. A £30 charge will be applied for early check-in without permission or late check-out. Lost keys will incur a £100 charge. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
