A dining space in the kitchen is ideal for socialising. Comfortable beds are designed for a great night’s sleep, and hotel-quality linen and fresh towels are provided.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire flat.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule. There is a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. A limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) will be provided to kick-start your stay.
This flat is perfectly located for exploring the South Coast, just a two-minute walk from the town centre and surrounded by cafes. Bognor Regis Beach and promenade are right on your doorstep for walks, cafés, and classic seaside vibes. Pagham Harbour is a 10-minute drive away, ideal for coastal walks and birdwatching. Chichester, a beautiful cathedral city with shops and restaurants, is a 20-minute drive, and the South Downs National Park is 25–40 minutes away, perfect for hiking, cycling, and scenic views.
