The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together, featuring a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and ample storage, along with pots, pans, utensils, and essentials. The dining space just off the kitchen is ideal for socialising. Step onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or unwind with a drink. Comfortable beds are designed for a great night’s sleep, and hotel-quality linen and fresh towels are provided.
Pet-friendly for one small, well-behaved dog, with advance notice required. Access to park facilities, including on-site pools and play areas, is available with passes that can be purchased from the park. Adult passes range from £31-£86 for 1-7 days, and Child Passes range from £16-£41 for 1-7 days. Please note that prices are subject to change.
This property is ideal for beach days, walking and cycling, family getaways, and relaxed coastal breaks.
Easy self check-in is available from 4pm, with responsive local support if needed. Check-out time is before 10am. There is a £100 fee for lost keys and a £50 fee for call-outs if locked out. The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables will be provided to start your stay. Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained, and are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property, and clean muddy paws before entering the house. Dogs must not be left alone in the property. Smoking is not allowed.

Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve is around 10 minutes by car, great for birdwatching and coastal walks. Bognor Regis is around 15 minutes by car, with its pier, beach, and classic seaside amusements. Chichester, a historic cathedral city with shops and restaurants, is around 20 minutes away. The South Downs National Park is around 25–40 minutes away, ideal for hiking, cycling, and scenic views.
